Ms. Lanessa began at Cedar Valley Montessori School in 2015 as a member of the office staff before transitioning to assistant in the Oak Room, Directress in the Bonsai Room, and now Lead Directress in the Bonsai Room. She has been awarded her MACTE Certification for the Primary levels--ages three through six--from the American Montessori Society.
In addition, Ms. Lanessa has an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from Kirkwood Community College. Lanessa has had the opportunity to study and travel abroad to Japan, Canada and Vietnam. In her free time, Lanessa enjoys bike riding, cooking, reading, art, food and culture.
