Tabatha joined the CVMS community in 2018 as Directress in the Lilac Room. She holds a degree from Carleton College in Northfield, Minn. She previously worked with the Iowa Reading Corps - United Way of Iowa Penn Elementary and the Iowa Ceramics Center & Glass Studio. Ms. Tabatha loves to travel and explore, and her favorite place she has been is New Zealand.
"I really enjoy this quote (above) by Dr. Montessori because it emphasizes how, if allowed the freedom to develop along their own path, children are able to blossom and construct themselves through their own creative energies," says Ms. Tabatha. She believes it is her job as an educator to provide the environment and guidance to allow each child to flourish and grow.
